Spine: Brown leather, fading gold lines. wear marks on upper and lower edges. Scuff marks throughout. Spine Lettering and Label: Black title ribbon with bold lettering. Cover: various scratch marks and wear showing on all edges. Binding: spine/cover hinge starting to dry and separate. No front endpapers. Title Page: Both title pages present. First title page: Noticeable darkening on page edges. Water stain lower right corner. Small tear/rip lower right corner of page. Back side verso: “UPB” in ink stamp. Second title page: darkened edges and noticeable in top right corner. water stains lower right corner, Text: Full text, some markings in pencil on various pages.
